2007, April 24th - Red Hat to acquire MetaMatrix

Red Hat has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the business of MetaMatrix, including rights to all MetaMatrix products as well as the talented team of people developing, testing, supporting, and selling MetaMatrix solutions more.

2004, April 1st - MetaMatrix Partners with Meta Integration...

MetaMatrix partners with Meta Integration Technology, Inc. (MITI) to embed (OEM agreement) Meta Integration® Model Bridge (MIMB) within MetaBase Modeler (now Enterprise Designer) to provide Enterprise Data Model Importers:
"Import logical models from tools such as CA's Allfusion ERwin Data Modeler, Telelogic Systems Architect (formerly Popkin), or IBM Rational Rose."
